You are a perfect candidate for radio frequency microneedling skin tightening. Not only will it tightening the sagging skin, it helps the creepiness of the skin. it also helps with fat reduction in those areas as well. The Bodytite woukd also be a good choice for you. Acne scars respond well to radio frequency micro-needling. We usually recommend a minimum of 3 treatments a month apart. Radio frequency microneedling can be performed after fillers are placed but we recommend waiting at least a week before doing so. Most microneedling depth is 2-4 mm with most fillers injected in deeper layers. The good news about RF microneedling is that it stimulates collagen and elastin over time for wrinkle reduction and skin tightening.
My dr told me she can't put fillers in the lower side of the face. What are my options?

A longer lasting filler that will build collagen over time is Sculptra. It is a good option to consider. You will need 2-3 sessions of injections for best results. The results are not seen immediately but other HA fillers can be used In the mean time. As the HA fillers resolve, Sculptra will be building it's volume.

You could definitely benefit from facial fillers for the volume loss I would recommend Sculptra for longer term results. You could also try Restylane Lyft or Juvaderm Voluma for volume replacement
Microneedling Radiofrequency called Morpheus 8 is a good choice for skin tightening and fine line/ wrinkle reduction is beneficial too
