To start with, I see subtle differences in the camera angle between the before and after pictures. In order to judge enlargement you need to use the same camera with the exact focus point, zoom, angle and distance and preferably with the same lighting conditions. A 5 degrees change in one axes will result in the illusion of larger body part or a smaller feature. If you compare both pictures (before and after I assume) then you will notice that have had a lower left eye blepharospasm. This is unrelated to your Botox treatment. In fact a microdroplet technique of your left lower eyelid with Botox will open your left lower eyelid and gives you an even eye opening.
I am glad you had the before picture to compare. It is sad that your ophthalmologist did not pick that up. Hope this is helpful information for you.

It is normal to feel that the areas injected to be heavy as that is the mechanisms of action of Botox (weaken muscle so it is harder to move).
Eyebrow drop could be related to rubbing the injected areas (therefore moving the botox) or an injector who had injected in the wrong plane in the Glabellar complex.
For significant eyebrow drop there is an advanced technique injection (mid eyebrow lift) that your injector (if well-trained) should be able to do very easily….

Age is not a factor in counting the units of Botox you need. I would have to say from your pictures that you have substantial forehead lines. While you have no static wrinkles when you are not animating, if you don’t get Botox treatments you will eventually develop static lines down the road (lines without animation even at rest). This is the new trend now (prevent these lines by starting early). 20 units is not out of the question in your case. Good luck.

Some people simply do not respond to certain neurotoxins. A picture of your 11’s before and after would have been helpful as some people may require more units to achieve results when they have unusually strong muscles. Also make sure you are really getting an injector who is doing the proper dilution.
As a general rule if patients do not respond to one type, I usually switch them to a different brand. So next time try Xeomin or Botox.Usually we get amazing results by doing so…

From your description it seems that you have a compromise of your Depressor Labii Inferioris muscle function.
Now while it usually takes 7 to 10 days to achieve full effect of the botulinum toxin, certain types of the toxins may have faster effect starting time. To show effect from the first day is not very uncommon and may happen.
