This is a difficult question to answer without examining you. You may not be a good candidate for lower eyelid surgery, or another treatment may benefit you more. Other factors with cost include what kind of anesthesia you would need (local vs general) and where the surgery may take place. This is best answered by a surgeon in your area.

Everyone's genetic makeup is different, and some people age earlier in certain areas than others. Anyone with excess upper eyelid skin causing visual field obstruction or bothered by the appearance could be evaluated for an upper eyelid blepharoplasty. This can often be done in the office under local anesthesia and the scars typically heal very well.

Liposuction is a means of removing fat from underneath the skin. There are many liposuction modalities that claim they improve skin elasticity and tightening. In my experience this is often not the case and you may in fact have more loose skin after liposuction because what was beneath the skin is now less. I recommend consulting with a board - certified plastic surgeon where a personalized assessment can be made for what may help you the most.

This is definitely a question for your surgeon. Everyone's surgery is a little different and there may be a reason why you should not do strenuous activity. But typically, I allow my patient to begin light cardio at 2-3 weeks after liposuction surgery, and then between 4-6 weeks they are getting back to normal activities. Compression garments are often worn for weeks.

Small incisions are needed to do liposuction. Many times this can be put in inconspicuous locations. But any incision will leave a scar. Scars fade with time but everyone heals differently. Your Board Certified Plastic Surgeon should be able to go over scar care with you.

Compression is always encouraged after liposuction to reduce swelling, prevent bruising and fluid collections. Compression is compression so I don't believe it matters what you have on under the garment as long as it fits correctly.

Once the fat is removed with liposuction, that fat does not come back. But not all if the fat cells can be removed in a particular location. So if you gained a significant amount of weight, you will likely gain some weight everywhere, but it will probably be less noticeable where you were treated. Some people are also genetically predisposed to gain more weight in certain lications. Hope this helps.

"Tip Graft" is a termed that usually refers to additional cartilage that is removed from another part of your nose during the rhinoplasty (or even from your ear or rib) and then placed in the nasal tip to offer more support, volume, projection, shape. Thanks for your question. You appear to have some hooding and excess skin of your upper eyelids. Most likely, an upper eyelid blepharoplasty (or eyelid lift) would help to get rid of the excess skin and create a nice crease. You would need to be examined in person by a surgeon who can tailor your treatment to you. Everyone is a little asymmetric but your surgeon should be able to show you this and discuss what can be done to correct things.

I would really need to know what kind of work you do and your activity at work in order to answer this. I tell my patients to take at minimum a week off. You may still have drains at a week from your tummy tuck, and you may still be taking some pain medication. Depending on what surgery is done, you likely won't be able to do any strenuous activity or heavy lifting for at least 3-4 weeks. But every patient is unique and I would ask your board-certified plastic surgeon.
