There appears to be no redness or drainage or other signs of inflammation or infection around the area which is very good. I would recommend discussing your concerns with the scab with your plastic surgeon just to be sure that they were aware and can give you a clinical examination and take good care of you.

It appears from the photos you’ve presented that you had breast augmentation with a lift, or mastopexy. Although some small scabbing like what you have can happen at one month out, the more concerning finding is the swelling and what appears to be bruising of the right breast, which can be a sign of hematoma. This may need to be drained, if present, and you should consult with your plastic surgeon very soon for an evaluation.
