Great question and thanks for sharing. Agree, constricted lower pole, but overall the nipple position looks good. It is also helpful that you've been thru three pregnancies, so the breast tissue has hopefully been stretched out a bit with the pregnancies. Fat transfer alone may help achieve some more fullness in the lower pole and can also help fill in areas were there is less fullness. If there is a good location for liposuction, the fat that is obtained and is normally discarded (the "spare part") would be great for putting back into areas where you desire more fullness. This is a great option because the fullness is created by using your own tissue (no implants).
