Excellent question, if there is enough fat on the area of the armpit then your PS may remove fat from this area and transfer it to your buttocks area. Thank you for your question! Numbness after a breast surgery is very normal. It takes a few months for the numbness to disappear, and it is not the same time frame in all patients. After a Breast procedure one of the consequences is the possibility to lose sensibility, because some nerve can be affected during the process.

Your surgeon would need to know if the herniated disc is stable. It is important that you discuss every details with your doctor. Your physician should be able to put this in writing, you will need a Medical Clearance.
In the case that it is stable, there should be no problem in you having the procedure done.

Hello and thank you for your question and photos. it is important that you discus with your plastic surgeon what your options are. I would recommend you start treating your incisions already with over-the- counter scar cream such as Silagen, BioCorneum… (I love these ones). I also recommend you apply moisturizer, sunscreen protector, and don’t expose your incisions to the sun for about 6 month to a year since your scar is still immature and dry thats why you fell the itchiness.

It is important that you follow your surgeon post-op instructions. Every doctor has his own instruction protocol I recommend not to fully seat the first 7 days and after that, not to seat for long periods of time (more than 8/15 minutes) straight during a 3 weeks period. It is important that you always carry your BBL pillow. It’s designed to relive pressure off the buttock area.
