Based on the pictures, you appear to be a good candidate for a tummy tuck.  You definitely want to be done with having kids before undergoing the procedure.

It is always good to have a consultation regarding a procedure as early as you can so you understand the entire process involved.  For a tummy tuck, you just want to make sure you maintain your goal weight prior to surgery.  Once you have determine you are a good candidate, I am certain your surgeon will see you back prior to surgery to review things and answer any questions.

It is common to have some residual swelling at the 11th week mark, and your doctor is right to wait for the 6th month mark for a reasssement.  Any excess skin at that point may be improved with a revision.

A body lift will not improve the excess skin over the medial thigh area.  Unfortunately, only a medial thigh lift will improve that with trade off of having scars in the area.

Based on the photos and the fact you plan to have children in a few years, I would think liposuction would be the better option for you.  It will decrease the excess subcutaneous tissue but you may  still have some skin laxity compared to a tummy tuck.  The best option is to visit a plastic surgeon to get a full evaluation.

It sounds like you may have overdone it with the exercise on those two days but does not seem like you caused any damage from the amout of discomfort you describe.  Any tearing of the muscle repair would have likely caused more pain.  If your symptoms do not improve, I would have your surgeon take a look.

It is difficult to tell just from one picture without being able to examine you, but is not unusual to still have some residual swelling at 10 weeks.  It may be residual fluid which will eventually be absorbed.  The final results will not be fully reached until at least the 6 month mark.

At this point it is too early to predict the final result and determine if the revision is satisfactory to you. You just have to be patient and wait at least 3-6 months to give the area the chance to heal.

Definitely get in touch with your surgeon.  Any open incisions after a breast augmentation needs to be examined to insure that the area is not infected and that no further intervention is required.  Swelling after augmentation is normal, however, if it is significantly asymmetric between the two sides, you need to have your surgeon look at it.

It is not uncommon to have some fluid retained after the drains come out.  However if are finding that the size is increasing or there is a fluid wave, then the fluid may need to be drained.  Contact your surgeon.

You are correct to go to your PCP for a workup.  It is also important that your surgeon knows of your situation.  Make sure you have an adequate workup.  Any elective surgery can always be postponed.

Fluid often times accumulates after surgery and may cause asymmetry as well.  If you do not have any drains or they have been removed, I would consult with your surgeon to monitor your symptoms.
