Thank you for your question and pictures. From the pictures alone without exam, you appear to be a good candidate for a full tummy tuck. As for diastasis, from the oblique picture, there is suggestion of a diastasis but a physical exam from your Board Certified PS would answer that question. Sometimes if you lie flat and do a partial sit up or crunch you can see or feel a midline vertical bulge which would be the diastasis.

But as you lose weight there will definitely be more droopiness. My suggestion is to lose all the wt. that you plan on losing, and then reassess the size of the breasts. Probably at that time you will benefit from another breast lift and a smallish implant to help with some upper pole fullness. ...

Thank you for your question and pictures. Whether you do a standard TT or an extended TT, this will not fully resolve the excess back skin/rolls and you would need to have a bra line lift in the future to fully correct this excess skin. So, I think that a standard TT will be fine and at later date the bra line lift.

Your concern with lack of upper pole fullness and projection is due to the significant decrease in size of the implant. Yet the results are still great. As for having something sewn to your ribs during your surgery in Turkey, this definitely has to be a question for your surgeon. Thank you for your question. In most circumstances, at 3 months, the capsule is still extremely thin and almost invisible. Therefore, attempting to remove it would likely cause some damage and possible removal of native breast tissue while attempting to remove it. The exception would be if you for some reason have already formed at significant capsular contracture and the capsule is thick, then it would be reasonable, although not necessary, to attempt removal.

Hello. By the looks of your pictures, they are very early after surgery and will require 2-3 months for the implants to settle into place since you chose relatively large implants and under the muscle, while better also take longer to settle. Speak with your PS, as massages done by you may be indicated to help in the healing process. As for revisional surgery and costs, this would have to be addressed with you PS and their office policies.

If so this can usually easily be corrected with aspiration of the fluid collection in your Plastic Surgeon's office. I recommend that you make an appt to see your PS as soon as possible.

Thank you for your question and picture. From the picture alone it isn't always possible to tell but it appears as if just a tummy tuck without liposuction would be enough. However, an in-person exam is always important to have the best medical advice. Sometimes just a small amount of lipo in the waist area or the love handles area is warranted to finish contouring the abdomen and get the best results.
