Based on your pictures, it appears that your nipple and areola are below the level of your inframammary fold and there is an excess of skin and breast tissue below the level of the fold as well resulting in breast “ptosis”. A good rule of thumb is that about 80-90% of the swelling will resolve in the first 4-6 weeks and the additional 10-20% can take a few months more. Give it some time to continue to heal, soften and relax and if the earlobe asymmetries persist, an earlobe reduction on the larger side can be performed to even things out.
