While it does not affect the muscle, it certainly will decrease the amount of fat you have in these areas and give you a better contour. The problem you have is called bottoming out. It’s corrected by going in and repairing the inframammary fold with sutures and sometimes also adding some mesh like Galaflex. Without examining you I would have to say this would be my last choice for procedures. I certainly think that doing a reasonable lift under anesthesia exchanging the implants and keeping the implants at a reasonable size you should be fine without or with very low risk of nipple loss. Dear Tatas, when dealing with high-profile and ultra-high profile basically what we are looking at is taking a larger volume and squeezing it into an implant that is the same diameter so therefore you get more projection. I definitely would not recommend a buttocks implant. Unfortunately these implants had a very high rate of failure somewhere in the range of 30%. Glenn, I recommend stopping 3-4 days before surgery and you can restart about 2 weeks post op. I want to avoid trauma to the newly implanted grafts as well as the donor site.
