In my experience unless you have a BMI of less than !8, you will benefit from liposuction associated with your  tummy tuck.  A tummy tuck is only going to treat a very specific area between your belly button and your pubic area. Liposuction can reach and improve the adjoining areas.

From your photos you most certainly need a Tummy Tuck. Please don't let anyone convince you into performing liposuction alone just because they are using some "special technique" or some type of skin contracting energy source. You will benefit from, and most likely require, to do lipo also but this has to be accompanied by a tummy tuck.

As long as you have a competent anesthesiologist who is comfortable  in doing this type of anesthesia and you are not extending your liposuction into the very upper apart of your tummy this is a viable alternative anesthesia. It is commonly utilized in So. America. I don't think there are too many anesthesiologists in the US however that would feel comfortable doing this in an office OR setting. Probably seen as "below the standard of care"

I strongly believe you should do both procedures at same time. As you mention, once you perform the tummy tuck you will have less fat available for your BBL. Plus the absolute best way to perform a tummy tuck is to do fairly aggressive liposuction at the same time. Therefore it only makes sense to perform the two together.

You do have some loose skin from your pregnancy. This normally requires removal of the excess skin to obtain best result. However you are quite young and wish to have additional children, I would suggest to you that you only have the  liposuction now BUT maintain realistic expectations as to what you will obtain. I believe you will get a significant improvement from lipo alone and you can always do the tummy tuck later.

Your height and weight would be useful information as this determines your BMI which in turn helps predict, in my experience, the type of result a patient can expect.Personally I  would never perform a tummy tuck without accompanying liposuction. At the same time I believe that a BMI of of 35 or higher will never allow for a result that merits the surgery whether liposuction is performed or not. And ideally your BMI should be below 30 to get a great result.

Ditto everyone's praise for the weight loss. Your question is not really about whether surgery can be performed correctly but rather whether your medical condition is compatible with the effects of anesthesia, during and after the surgery. Hence this is a matter that I  let my board certified MD anesthesiologist decide with the patients medical doctors.This is a medical situation, not a surgical one. The surgery go well if your medical doctors agree that you can undergo it.

After 4 months your tissues should have recovered fairly well from a relatively benign procedure in terms of invasiveness. I agree that to be completely sure, you should consult your kidney surgeon and if you have any other medical co-factors like obesity,high blood pressure ,diabetes or similar medical conditions , you should get a medical clearance from an internist before getting your BBl.

A lipoabdominoplasty is almost always going to be the best choice for a patient with multiple pregnancies and persistent post partum weight. There are a few exceptions in which patients have retained almost completely normal skin tone and in which liposuction alone would do the trick.But as you mentioned in your question, most of even those few patients would benefit from tightening of the muscles. The combination of both procedures as in The Miami Tummy Tuck is always your best bet.
