I can tell you that based on your photos if you augment your breasts only you will need two different sized breast implants and your breasts will still be different in appearance and they will be bigger and low on your chest wall. The most common cause of gynecomastia is residual tissue left over from puberty that can continue to enlarge over time. If it hasn’t gone away after 2 years it will always be present not matter what you do. Diet, exercise and drugs will not change gynecomastia. The only treatment that works is a procedure to remove the tissue.

If your surgeon adds an implant and does not reduce your breasts your breasts will be larger for sure. This is simply adding mass to a breast. A more advanced approach would be to add a breast implant for superior breast fullness and shape and then do a lift with a reduction of tissue. The hanging tissue is removed. Gynecomastia is the appearance of a female like breast in a male. It does not harm the person at all. The problem is that it effects them physically and mentally and it can change your behavior and your life if you let it. The only form of treatment is the removal of the tissue. NOTHING else works–diet, exercise, potions, pills or lotions. This is simply the facts.Therefore if you have gynecomasita and you want it gone you should feel good that there is a treatment for it!

Based on your anatomy and the size of your breast implants you do not need a lift. A breast implant will fill our your breasts quite well and provide you with a ton of superior fullness. I would only suggest that you think about breast implant that are that large. They are quite heavy and it could become a burden over time and certainly stretch on your skin.

Based on your photos I would suggest a breast augmentation alone. Your breasts look fantastic and don’t need the scars associated with a lift. Remember, you can always do that as a secondary procedure if needed.

Saggy breasts result in a loss of superior breast fullness. Women really, really like some fullness at the top as it shortens the upper chest and it’s a youthful look for sure. To that end, a breast lift does not add anything up top–only a breast implant adds fullness up top or maybe fat transfer if your lucky.

It all depends. It looks like you will do pretty well with removal of your implants but you can’t expect perky or perfect breasts. You can always elect to have a secondary lift down the road if you feel like it’s needed.You can always deflate the breast implants while they are in your body and see how well your skin retracts. Gynecomastia is all about the appearance of your chest. It’ looks different than the average male. It can have puffy nipples to full blown female like breasts. It’s not determined on an examination. It’s about the appearance because it appears different because it has excess tissue/fat/gland. You don’t need to feel the tissue. It exists because it makes for what you see.

I would suggest that you need a modest breast reduction alone and repositioning of the nipple-areola complexes and your will get wonderful breasts that are perky. You still have superior breast fullness and you are only 24 years old. An implant wouldn’t hurt if you really wanted one to add more fullness up top and increase the size of your breasts if you prefer.

This combination of procedures is certainly possible but in your case it would be challenging because of the size of your breasts and the degree of sag. I probably wouldn’t offer you that type of breast procedure. I really believe that if you want symmetrical, non ptotic and perky breasts I would offer you a breast reduction and breast implant combination with the same scars on your breasts so they look even and symmetrical. I would not do an anchor scar as it simply isn’t needed. Why extra scars if they are not necessary?
