Thanks for your question! Implants alone can only do so much - given your pre-existing asymmetry, you will likely need to discuss other options to mitigate your asymmetry since the implant merely pushes out the features at the front of your chest. Thanks for including a photo with your question! You shouldn't 'require' anything - rarely will a surgeon refuse to place implants without a combination lift. However, you would have a much better result with the addition of a lift. Thanks for your question! Unfortunately there's not a way to dramatically close the gap between wide-set breasts - dissecting too far into the medial area can lead to symmastia and/or muscle weakness. Placing the implant too medially when the nipples are laterally displaced leads to an unaesthetic outcome. Thanks for your question! Once the skin envelope has developed to this point, it's unlikely that weight loss will result in skin contraction and areolae/nipple reduction. Thanks for your question! A full tummy tuck would give you the best possible result. A mini will take care of some of the extra skin, but won't address the diastasis. A full TT that addresses the muscle damage will give you a lovely hourglass waistline. Best of luck!

Thanks for your question! Unfortunately, diet and exercise don't really help to shrink your skin. Some people are blessed with more elastic skin that tends to 'snap back' after pregnancy or weight loss but this isn't the norm. If it's just the skin quality you're concerned with, modalities such as laser or microneedling could be options. However, if the underlying excess tissue is also a concern, an abdominoplasty would be an excellent option.Best of luck!

Thanks for your question! Exercise won't address loose skin. Unlike fat, which is a stored energy source, skin isn't something that your body will use and therefore shrink.
