Your right nipple appears to have what we call "epidermolysis". This occurs when there has been some ischemia but it is only on the skin level. This should get better with some TLC and the shap of your breasts will round out. You also have some glue that is still there from surgery. I would start putting some vaseline or antibiotic ointment over the area at least twice a day. Hopefully you are seeing uour plastic surgeon in follow up soon.

Without actually seeing you in person it is a little hard to give an exact answer but I do think you probably could be improved with some additional liposuction. The skin on the anterior thighs is tricky and will get this appearance as people age also. You may still have some irregularities but I think some additional conservative liposuction could provide some improvement. Deeper irregularities could be treated with fat injections from the lipoaspirate.
I'm almost 19 and have am a DDD-DD depending on the bra size. Should I get a reduction?

The only way you will know if your insurance will cover this is to get a consultation. Sometimes girls still have growth in their breasts after 19. Whether you could be reduced to a size you like and leave room for further growth could be determined at your consultation. 19 is certainly not too young to have a reduction but there are many factors that go into the decision to do it at this age.

It depends on what the two procedures are. Certainly if you need a diagnostic laparoscopy I would have this. Usually this is a short procedure with minimal blood loss. If everything goes as planned (and I would certainly discuss this with your plastic surgeon) I don't see any reason you couldn't have your next surgery as planned.

As others have stated, this is one of the number one reasons to stay home and have surgery. As plastic surgeons we are frequently asked to take out drains in people who have had surgery elsewhere. Looking at your photos it appears that you have more fat in the rt saddle bag area than the lt. If so, have you always had this or is it the result of trauma. This is a complicated problem that may have more than one solution. I would advise you to get another opinion. From what I see in your photos I would treat this with liposuction. Obviously my opinion might change with an in person consultation.

It is very hard to move the actual nipple location down and this is why it is best to err on making them too low rather than too high. When I have this situation and the patient wants to also be smaller I excise a strip of skin and breast tissue from the bottom of the breast in the scar that is at the fold. This makes the nipples look lower and stay in the bra better.
I just found out I have chronic pancreatitis and was wondering if I can still get lipo.

You do not say your age which may play in to this some. Liposuction is an elective procedure and the post-op results are best if you are in good health. I think it would be best to devote your time and effort into optimizing your pancreatitis with more medical consultation and then revisit the liposuction.

By all means get a more comfortable garment. Check with your doctor's office or you can get something on line. In the meantime, you can fold down the top where it is digging into your breasts and it is ok to put something inside the pad the zipper area, this will not ruin your result.

As you know, loss of feeling in the nipples is a risk of a breast reduction but often the feeling returns with time. Be optimistic. I think at this point in time this could just be from swelling.

Given your height and weight, I doubt that your calves look big because of fat. Sometimes it is just the way your muscles attach to other structures. I know of nothing non invasive for this situation other than working out which would take some time to show results.

Your nipple position seems fairly even, the shape of your areola is not round and may be throwing you off. All of this will change with time. I tell my patients not to make any judgements about their breasts until at least 3 mos post-op and even then things will still change for another 3-6 mos. I think you will be fine in this regard.

Liposuction doesn't cause fat cells to die, it surgically removes them and this is why it can change an area of your body that you usually put fat into to more like normal. So if you have 10 fat cells and you remove 5 but you gain weight, the 5 fat cells that are left can get as large as the 10 that were there. Liposuction is best done to remove deposits of fat that you still have if you have gotten down to your normal weight. That being said, if you have liposuction and then eat normally...

There is no scientific evidence that liposuction in one area stimulates weight loss in other areas. I think it is a good idea to try to lose a little weight after liposuction so that if your body is trying to put fat back some where else because there is less fat in it's usual area it doesn't do that. Also, with all your weight loss you really need an abdominoplasty. A large part of what ytou have is skin excess which liposuction isn't going to correct.

Sometimes these things come from pores that are enlarged and get plugged up, sometimes they can be from blisters from tape. I presume you don't smoke. At this point in time I would remove the steri-strips, shower and wash well with soap and then use some vaseline along your incisions to work off the scabs. I think with a little TLC to your breasts and incisions you will be fine.
