Hello. I suggest you discuss your concerns with a local plastic surgeon. From your pictures, you seem to have great skin tone, and a feature limited to below your umbilicus. Hi turinky. Pictures would help me give a more informed opinion. If your problem is only extra fat, and you have good skin tone, then liposuction will help. From your description, you probably have poor skin tone and perhaps a lax abdominal wall. my guess is that you need a tummy tuck. There are many excellent plastic surgeons in Va. Beach. That being said, I always recommend that patients achieve their weight-loss goals before having any elective surgery. If your breasts got larger during your weight gain, and you want to lose the extra weight, then you should do so BEFORE having any breast surgery.
