Thanks for the inquiry. Your plastic surgeon should be able to give you insight as to the scar he/she chose to use. Thanks for the inquiry. It appears you have a hematoma or seroma which is a possible complication after any surgery. As you are aware, this requires drainage and sometimes replacement of the drain. Keep in touch with your plastic surgeon as I am sure he/she will be able to resolve this issue.

Thanks for the inquiry. Breast augmentation is the term for male to female top surgery. Try searching for double incision (with free nipple grafts), buttonhole incision, or keyhole incision for FTM surgery. Each surgery is an option and it depends on the shape of your native breasts which option is best for you.

Thanks for the inquiry. In my experience, the symptoms you are describing are very normal postoperatively. I am assuming you had a free nipple grafts, and if so, your healing also appears appropriate. Oftentimes the grafted nipples will look worse before they look better. Check with your operating surgeon to be sure, though.

Thanks for the inquiry. From your photos, I think you would benefit from a mastopexy .. This would move the nipple to a higher position and remove excess skin. Alloderm would not be of benefit in your situation. Discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon and good luck!

Mid face lift after fillers?

Tedcapwellsb, I personally recommend allowing filler to reabsorb prior to a facelift. I like to see the "true" anatomy prior to surgery and this also gives me the opportunity to add fat to areas of concerns for a more permanent solution. Furthermore, your facial appearance will change to some degree after the facelift and then the fillers may not be in an appropriate area. Please address your concerns with your operating surgeon.

Mxndieu, I am assuming you got Botox in your masseter muscles. It is unlikely to have swallowing problems with such an injection (assuming the injection was done correctly). Furthermore, if you haven't had any issues up to now, you will not develop an issue from this injection. If you still have concerns, please see the provider you did your injections for reassurance.

Rainb0wbrite, Thanks for the inquiry. Based on your photos I would recommend a tummy tuck with posterior trunk liposuction. I think liposuction alone will leave you with skin laxity that may be undersirable.

Mylifecompleted, Thanks for the inquiry. I usually encourage women not to have a FDL incision with their initial surgery. As a result, patients rarely need a FDL incision as the excess skin is easily removed with the TT or body lift procedure. Technically vertical incisions could be made along the lateral aspects of the abdomen but this often leaves the patient with a boxy appearance.

It looks like you may be a candidate for liposuction but definitely need to get your diabetes under controlled prior to surgery. Ideally you hemoglobin a1C should be at least < 8. Once you have achieved that, see a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation for liposuction.

Tessh, Thanks for the inquiry. Blood clots are a risk after any surgery but it is relatively uncommon after this type of surgery. Be sure your surgeon knows of any history you or your family members have had with a blood clot and ask if he/she uses a compression device on your legs during the surgery. Postoperatively, it is very important to ambulate frequently to further decrease the risk of forming a clot.

BeautyXo, Thanks for posting your inquiry. Yes, you would need implants to achieve your desired appearance. The breast scars may be able to be improved at the same time but it would like depend on the size of the implant you choose. If the scars could not be revised at the same time, they could be revised at a later date. However scars will always be present.
