A front close sports bra works well for most patients until the breasts soften and settle a bit. It should be comfortable (not too tight) and supportive. If your band size was 32 before surgery, you might want to go up a size or two to because of the post op swelling that occurs even below the breasts. Best of luck to you!

I agree with all of the other answers. Local wound care until the area has healed is best. And after it is healed, if the scar is still a problem, you would need to wait several months before trying to revise it again. Hi! Since you state you don't mind having some natural hang, implants alone would work well for you and look very nice and natural. For the price range you are looking for, you could use saline implants in many locations. Silicone gel implants would probably put you above your price point. Good luck with your surgery. Based on your photos which are helpful, but not as good as an in person evaluation, it looks like your primary problem is excess skin rather than excess fat. In this case, the best procedure would be a tummy tuck. You may want to go back to your surgeon and make sure your goals are clear and the results that you can expect from the planned procedure are very clear to you. And make sure your are working with a plastic surgeon certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery.

The only way to remove the skin and still give you a pleasing shape is to do it as part of a tummy tuck. A tummy tuck would give you a very nice result, where as liposuction alone or just removing some skin would give you rather disappointing results. Liposuction alone would not take care of you already loose skin and would probably make it worse. Implants will change the size of your breasts, but not the shape. You have significant true ptosis (sagging of the breast where not just breast tissue is below the fold, but the nipple is below the fold). You will not get a pleasing result with implants alone. The liposuction involved in a BBL would reduce the fat remaining in your stomach area, but will not improve the looseness of the skin. If part of your pouching of the stomach is because your muscles have separated from your pregnancy, liposuction won't fix that, but a tummy tuck will. As a plastic surgeon if I can improve something with minimal risk, and it bothers the patient even a little, I think it should be done. You have a very nice result and getting the small dog ears (that seem to bother you at least a little) revised will make this a game winning home run. I would recommend you go for the home run because this is an extremely easy revision with very low risk.

A tummy tuck is a cosmetic procedure and not covered by insurance. Some patients who have lost a large amount of weight who have a flap of skin and fat that overhangs (pannus) may qualify to have a panniculectomy. Usually this requires documentation of repeated skin fold infections requiring antibiotics to clear. A panniculectomy just removes that overhang part.
