Satisfactory correction of tuberous breasts can be accomplished with implants placed under or or over the muscle . I prefer under the muscle (dual plane) for the benefits of less risk of rippling and capsular contracture , and generally a better long term result

A reduction mastopexy can be performed to remove extra skin, make the areolas small and lift the breasts to a perkier more symmetrical look. The resultant size would most likely be a small B cup as enough breast tissue has to be left to provide shape and good blood flow to the nipple and skin. As others have noted, a Benelli Lift would not be suitable for you. Lifting your breasts would require a full mastopexy lift with the anchor scar. Having the extra scar lines are a trade off, but needed but needed to remove enough skin to enhance the shape , position ,and symmetry of the breasts. The best advice comes after an in person consult and examination. Based on your photos , it looks like you would benefit most by a small implant and vertical lift ( lollipop lift) to round out your breasts, and lift the nipple/areola to a better position on the breast, improving the symmetry as well.
