I am sorry to hear about your infection. Infections of implanted devices require that the bacteria is completely treated and close follow up with your surgeon. He or she must be very satisfied that you are at low risk for developing a second infection and it is not uncommon to have to wait 3-6 months. As with any complication it is important for you not to become discouraged and let your surgeon determine the proper time for surgery.

Thank you for submitting photos with your question. You are an excellent candidate for a breast augmentation. Properly chosen and positioned implants will help shape the overall appearance of your breasts. Your surgeon may chose to shape and reduce your nipple/areola complexes during surgery or alternatively address them after surgery under local anesthesia in an office setting. Make an appointment with a BCPS.

While you are a good candidate for an abdominoplasty and breast augmentation, you will have a much better result if you continue losing weight. Once you have reached your goal, then seek out a board certified plastic surgeon to help you.

Thank you for your question. You do appear to have tuberous breasts. A breast augmentation will help with that but you will have to wait until after you deliver and complete breast feeding. Implant replacement is more often than not a rather easy (regarding pain) post-operative process for the patient. While there are risks as with any operation, the tissues are expanded by the original surgery and thus the patient is usually more comfortable during the wound healing process.

You are an excellent candidate for a lift with implants. You have lost volume but your skin has not retracted well, therefore you are experiencing sagging of your breasts. Implants ONLY would likely leave you dissatisfied. I would recommend a breast lift with implants.

Unfortunately, scarring after surgery can be unpredictable. In the case of your cesarean section you have a hyperpigmented scar. I would agree with you that your implants are too large for your frame. You would be well served with smaller implants and a mastopexy to manage the excess skin. You may very well require some acellular dermal matrix to support the implant and address the thinning in your upper pole.

Thank you for your photos and your question. Looking at your pictures I believe that a full mastopexy with implants would yield the best looking result. Remember that you will be trading a contour deformity for the surgical scars which usually fade with time.

Thank you for your question. Without a photo, it is difficult to give you specifics about your case. However, it is certainly possible to do a breast reduction on a patient with small areolas. A lollipop scar is also possible. You should make an appointment with a BCPS who is experienced in breast reduction and get a good opinion based on your examination.
