Hi! From what I can see in the photos you already do have a pretty figure. You could enhance the hour glass shape with liposuction of your tummy area and your flanks. I am not so sure that you would need fat transfer to your hips, as you appear to have a good shape on the photos. You would need an exam to be able to truly assess how much smaller your waist could be made in comparison to your hips. Good luck! You should have a beautiful result!

From what you describe and from your history it certainly sounds as though you would benefit from surgical excision of the excess skin. Without photos or an exam, it's really impossible to say whether you would be a candidate for an abdominoplasty or a panniculectomy. I would definately see a plastic surgeon. You don't have to be an ideal weight to receive benefit from removing the excess skin. :)

It is very common to have swelling following liposuction. Many times the swelling is asymmetric. The majority of the swelling will resolve by 3 months, with some additional decrease up to 6 months following the procedure.

You will not be able to truly assess the final outcome until 3 to 6 months post op. If you need any revisional procedures you should wait until then, because the appearance does change over time.
