Biography: Dr. Zemtsov is the owner and founder of University Dermatology Center. He graduated with honors from New York University School of Medicine. After completing Dermatology residency at the world famous Cleveland Clinic, he was employed as a full time faculty member in the department of dermatology at Texas Medical School. He is a recipient of a number of state, national, and international dermatology awards. Dr. Zemtsov is an Associate Professor of Clinical Dermatology at IU School of Medicine. Besides specializing in general adult and pediatric dermatology, Dr. Zemtsov has expertise in MOHS Skin Cancer Surgery, Dermatopathology, and treatment of complex and challenging dermatology problems.
He is also the founder and formulator of Nirlana Skincare.

Biography: Dr. Lisa Wilson graduated from Indiana University in 1990 and worked as a Registered Nurse for many years before going back to school to become a doctor. Dr. Wilson then Graduated from IU School of Medicine becoming a physician in 1994. Dr. Wilson finished her Dermatology Residency at Wright State University in Dayton, OH and has been working for University Dermatology Center since June 2000. In addition to being a dermatologist, Dr. Wilson is also a board certified internal medicine physician.

Biography: Brandy Smith PA-C hired on with UDC in 2017. She received her first degree in 2006 through Indiana University with a Bachelors in Natural Sciences and Mathematics with a Chemistry minor. She has been active in the Military since 2006 when she joined the Indiana Army National Guard as a military police officer. In 2010 Brandy received a Bachelor of Science Radiation Therapy through IUPUI and began as a Radiation Oncology Therapist for the military. She then was employed by Fayette Regional and Reid Hospitals through 2015. March 2015, Brandy selected for a seat in the Interservice Physician Assistant Program (IPAP) for Indiana Army National Guard and began her active duty service in Ft Sam Houston, San Antonio. In 2016-2017 she did her Dermatology Rotation at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital in fort Campbell, KY where she was highly recommended by the Board Certified Dermatologist. She has had a wide variety of training with rotations in general, oral-maxillofacial and Trauma Surgery.

Biography: Jen studied at Ivy Tech and Ball State University and has been a Nurse for over 20 years. After working in several different medical specialties, including plastic surgery, Jen returned to Dermatology where she is thrilled to blend her love of the beauty industry with her love of medicine. As a Nurse Injector, she enjoys building a rapport with patients, while striving for results that enhance a patient’s natural beauty and helps them maintain a youthful appearance.

Nicole joined the UDC team in 2019 and has added laser treatments, hydrafacial and microneedling to her specialty. Nicole loves working with women to help them achieve healthier more youthful skin with facials, lasers, and skincare routines.

Biography: Abbey graduated from PJ’s College of Cosmetology in 2016. She has worked as a licensed esthetician for 2 years at the Woodhouse Day spa before starting with UDC in 2018. Abbey specializes in Hydrafacials and customized facials by selecting products for certain skin types and client preferences. Abbey loves helping people feel beautiful in their own skin by recommending personalized facials and recommending an at home skincare regimen!

Biography: Kelsey Foust graduated from Wapahani High School in 2020 and then pursued her passion of cosmetics at Summit Salon Academy. Kelsey was also an intern in our practice with our aestheticians during her senior year of high school. Kelsey graduated from the Academy in early January of 2021 and hired on with UDC in late January of 2021. She loves performing Facials, Hydrafacials, Massages, and Waxing. Kelsey also specializes in formal makeup, such as airbrush and traditional. Kelsey went into the cosmetic field because she loves helping people look and feel their best. She has a passion for helping others have healthy, beautiful skin!
