This patient has injury to her nose following a fall. She had collapse of the nose bridge, deviation id the nose and septum to the right. She was also complaining of breathing difficulty. During the consultation; a surgical plan was formulated. Open rhinoplasty, septoplasty, correction of bone deformity and correction of collapsed bridge with a cartilage graft and fascia. The surgery was performed as an outpatient procedure. After the surgery, she had a splint placed on the back of her nose and another splint inside the nose. These splints were removed after one week. Her results continued to improve overtime and she was every pleased with the results. Her breathing has also improved after surgery. In this surgery, both anatomic and functional problems were corrected using open rhinoplasty.
