This patient came into our office looking for nostril reduction and a reduction of the length of her nose. The doctor suggested that the patient have an Open Rhinoplasty with placement of Cartilage Strut Graft and Bialteral Nostril Base Excision. The photos were taken 1 month after the surgery was performed.
